Design, the construction of prototypes, tool making, sample diecasting tools and master blocks, re-design, serial production, component assembly and finishing: all from one source and with a high demand regarding quality and reliability.

New products can be manufactured as laser sintered or as stereolithographic parts during the design and development phase. Aluminium or steel sample diecasting tools are manufactured when sophisticated parts are to be manufactured.

State of the art ARBURG and ENGEL injection moulding machines, equipped with 3-axis-CNC-robots, handling and sprue removal, allow process engineering with first class results. A central material charging unit with an integrated PC-controlled drying function quarantees the constant provision of the machine. The process data is determined by means of a BDE-system and is evaluated.
