1. RAW MATERIALS

According to the confirmations of our raw material suppliers, we can give exlusive assurances of processing physiologically safe plastics, which comply with the recommendations of the federal institute for risk evaluation (BfR) and/or with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia.
Raw material specifications are sent to you on request.

2. DOSING PRECISION

The graduations were ascertained using slightly tensioned water. We would like to point out that the harmony of the graduations or its weight can differ depending on the filling material and that you must examine it for this reason. The same thing also applies for the compatibility of the utilized plastics with your filling material.
The averaged discrepancy of the dosing precision of our dosing aids is max +/-2%.

3. TESTS

Tests are done according to the error evaluation list for plastic applicators and test equipment (Fehlerbewertungsliste für Applikatoren & Messeinrichtungen aus Kunststoff) as shown in Volume 34, Issue /89 of “Der Pharmazeutische Betrieb”, ISBN 3-87193-105-5, Publisher Editio Cantor.
