Quality Policy

Following the introduction of our quality management system, we document our processes and ensure that all our workforce and managers act in a quality- and cost-conscious manner.

We have all worked to develop the quality guidelines listed below.

Our aims are:

• To expand our market share
• To have responsible, satisfied staff who are team players and can advise customers by using their expert knowledge and skills

• To supply high-quality products which are suitable for their applications
• To reinforce cost-awareness in order to secure our future
• To improve the process chain
• To minimise through-put times
• To manufacture innovative, customised products based on our know-how
• To evaluate the effectiveness of our QA system at regular intervals so that we can introduce any needed improvements

In addition, we insist that all our management staff and workforce make sure that the necessary quality awareness exists within our company on the basis of suitable information, communication and training. Quality Assurance is the duty of every employee and is found at every level of activity. Our high standards concerning our staff’s skills and willingness to work as well as their personal attitude towards the company are vital in helping us to attain our objectives.
Also, our company's responsibility for environmental protection and workplace safety is an indispensable part of our company policy.
We have appointed a quality expert who provides constant assistance and support to both management and the workforce to help them to carry out their work in accordance with the quality management system.
Our quality representative is supported by our safety expert and the medical product consultants.
We are certain that the introduction of our quality management system on the basis of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and EN ISO 13485:2007 will ensure that we reach our company’s objectives. We call on all our customers, suppliers and staff to continue these processes to assist us in optimising the system.
