Tool making – fast, uncomplicated and of the highest quality

When it comes down to realising ideas in a quick and uncomplicated manner, you really can rely on Meding GmbH and their tool technology partners. High speed and hi-tech forms, simple forms made of aluminium for pilot production or small series or highly complex tools with three or more core pullers. Slides and female threads are supplied on schedule and
meet the highest standards with regard to quality and reliability. Repairs and maintenance are carried out in our in-house machining centre.

Just in time – Your prototype in 5 days

Should a pilot run series or prototypes be required urgently and be taken from material to be used at a later date, the speedy implementation from the 3D-data record into the finished part and the Meding prototype moulds make it possible for you to have the finished parts at your company after 5 working days.


Production

Production – economic, reliable and customer oriented

Modern injection moulding machines manufacture 1K and 2K products in a clean environment. These range from simple components to hard/soft fasteners for nearly all fields of application. Furthermore, a Duroplast press department is also available for the manufacture of products in accordance with customer requirements. The machines are predominantly equipped with 3-axis-CNC-robots and removal function. The injection moulding
around inserts can be realised in a cost effective way on orders over 1,000 pieces.

All kinds of plastic like ABS, PA, PC, PE, PMMA, POM, PP, PS, SAN as well as Elastomere, TPE or SEBS and also Duroplast are processed at Meding GmbH. In addition leather and bio compounds are also used in the production of niche products.

Printing & finishing – Everything is possible

The range of services at Meding GmbH also includes the foaming of gaskets as well as the galvanising and coating of surfaces. Products can be finished with screen or pad printing as well as hot foil stamping and laser technology carried out in our in-house printing shop. Soft touch or other varnishing round off the business activities we offer. Experienced developers and designers find solutions for demanding customers and advise the customer on the design of the product, the tool making and the selection of material required.

Design, the construction of prototypes, tool making, sample diecasting tools and master blocks, re-design, serial production, component assembly and finishing: all from one source and with a high demand regarding quality and reliability.

New products can be manufactured as laser sintered or as stereolithographic parts during the design and development phase. Aluminium or steel sample diecasting tools are manufactured when sophisticated parts are to be manufactured.

State of the art ARBURG and ENGEL injection moulding machines, equipped with 3-axis-CNC-robots, handling and sprue removal, allow process engineering with first class results. A central material charging unit with an integrated PC-controlled drying function quarantees the constant provision of the machine. The process data is determined by means of a BDE-system and is evaluated.

Despatch – worldwide and monitored online

The intensive cooperation with certified suppliers renders the trouble- free package tracking via the Internet. Our in-house despatch department is also happy to deal with the complete execution and commissioning of consignments worldwide.
