We have been manufacturing technical items from almost all technical plastics, rubber TPEs (including and excluding silicone) and duroplasts for a long time.

We achieve your wishes and in so doing offer you our extensive know-how in the areas of design, prototyping ranging from the trials to the stock shape, series production, assembly and printing.

If required, we would also be pleased to utilize your existing mold (s).

Removing threads in an exact position or pulling 1, 2 or 3 cores belongs to our program.

We process technical plastics, such as:

ABS to an injection weight of 311 g
PA 6 to an injection weight of 320 g
PC to an injection weight of 340 g
PMMA to an injection weight of 334 g


Naturally, we will also produce high precision mini pieces.

Our modern ARBURG and ENGEL injection molding machines are largely equipped with handlings, sprue removers and core pullers.

All the machines are supplied by one central material loading system; computer-controlled drier systems from Piovan are integrated into these.
